I got this bike as a rolling basket case and did a total restoration to the typical black Roadster, but I used an early 850 engine. After a few years I became bored and rebuilt the bike around a beautiful custom tank by Evan Wilcox. This tank solves the three main things I didn't like about the standard Fastback: fiberglass tank, too small fuel capacity, and too small visually to balance the seat and tail section. This tank holds almost 5 gallons. I used the early style oil tank and side cover. I don't know who designed or made the 2-into-1 exhaust system, but it is very effective, giving a noticeable boost in mid-range power. The fly screen is from a Yamaha V-Max.
